Plan for TTN GY

After attending the TTN Norfolk meetup on Tuesday and having a great time. I thought I'd try and set a rough plan out for what we're targeting todo.

1: Gain Members & Increase Awareness
To begin if you live in Great Yarmouth or even the surrounding areas then please sign up as a member, this helps a lot and we require 8 to launch Great Yarmouth.

I'd also like to try and raise awareness of the technology to students who may already be interested in Raspberry Pi & Arduino.

2: Setup a 2nd Gateway
The second task would be to fund and setup a 2nd Gateway in Great Yarmouth to try and cover the centre area more, as well as expanding the network to the majority of GY this then would provide coverage to quite a few meetup spots. One issue we will face is where we could get the gateway setup.

3: Organise Meetups!
After we've got some members we can organise meetups! This would be planned to be every month possibly on the 3rd Tuesday to complement the Norfolk Meetup's on the 1st Tuesday of each month. I have a possible venue however currently it is out of range of the gateway in Gorleston.

So if you are or know anyone in Great Yarmouth who are interested then feel free to signup and join the Slack channel at the same time.
