First gateway in Teignbridge up and running

The first 8 channel LoRaWAN gateway is up and running in the Teignbridge area. Currently in a temporary location (Kingsteignton) but tested against a Pycom module.

It's based on a Raspberry Pi 3 with ic880A concentrator board.

if you have the means to test, please do :)
