It's been almost 11 years since the first Things Network LoRaWAN gateway was installed in Thatcham, West Berkshire. This was a Multitech gateway located in my loft. This has since died and was replaced by a custom gateway built on a Raspberry Pi and RAK833 concentrator card plus custom designed HAT. There are a number of sensors using the gateway including a number of my early commercially developed sensor nodes.
Now the sensor devices have all been joined by various satellite nodes, still using LoRaWAN and The Things Network but all part of my development work with Lacuna Space.
