I assume you meant disabling “Frame Counter Checks”.
Like the warning in TTN Console says, “Disabling frame counter checks drastically reduces security and should only be used for development purposes” you should really only disable that during development, if ever, and that also needs changes in your device to disable checks for downlink counters.
