TTOG Will NOT save

I was updating some frequencies on TTOG, and after saving, all settings are blank.
After trying to fill all setting back in, they settings save, but when the page refreshes, everything
is blank still. I tried to do a system restore. All numbers remain blank. I tried flashing the firmware,
but it says I am at the latest firmware. I tried removing the power, waiting some time, and plugging it
back in, all numbers are still bank. unable to save any settings.

I found it looks like an invalid JSON file.

Firmware bug?
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Please don’t dump a large number of repetitive lines in a message. And format your posts for readability.

Are you able to access the gateway using ssh? In that case you can attempt to edit the file and correct the issues.

I was able to ssh into the gateway and I found a file prefixed with bk_ It was a backup of the file that was corrupt, I am not starting to doubt the reliability of this gateway. Any idea if this is a reliable piece of hardware and what may have caused this .JSON file to become corrupt? Perhaps a lack of validation on input on the front-end and no check on the back? Or something else?

Your attempts to update the frequencies probably mangled the file. Sounds like an issue with the webinterface used for that purpose to me. I don’t think this is a hardware issue. Just stay away from the part of the web site which allows changing frequencies.
