Account join email in use & forgot passw email unknown

Account problems.

A few years ago i had, after some time of using ttn, account problems.
Could not login, unknown user, user already exist etc.
See ticket 50888
So I had to let TTN aside.

Now I like to rejoin and retry to logon hoping my old account would be disappeared.
But no, the same problems still occur.
My problem is when I want to join with my emailadres a “email aready in use” error appears.
But using the password forgot I get the message “email adres unknown”.

Is there a way to full reset or erase my email so I can restart fresh?

No one here can help, you need to get in contact with a TTI staff member who has access to the user database. You can try Slack or take out a support contract, the second being 99.9999% likely to work.
