Login at eu1.cloud.thethings.network stuck

Hi,
I try to login to eu1.cloud.thethings.network and after:
I get to:on https://status.thethings.network/
I see:
All Systems Operational
Into the forum I get successfully. Can somebody at TTN please check if the account lukGWF is still available there? (I could imagine that the forum login and the console login are splitted; I am not quiet sure if I deleted the one at console when I have left the company back then.) My collegues would need access to two application-ids.


You need a TTI member of staff, we here at TTN don’t have access to the systems.

It’s not really clear what happens when you click the continue button - does it go to the 404 page?

Yes I did, but where should I write to? I already wrote to slack’s support channel without success.

TTN is supplied free and comes with all the support you pay for :wink: via this forum and Slack but it does not guarantee access to TTI engineers, just some volunteers and even then that’s not guaranteed, nor are the answers!

TTI can provide a support contract which then allows you to file support issues with TTI who will then mobilise a TTI engineer as appropriate.

That 404 in the picture doesn’t say your account has been deleted, it says it can’t find that page, which if you are doing a normal login shouldn’t occur. Which is why it’s not clear what you are doing.
