Releasing of TTIG Gateways

Hi,

I’m looking to get a group of TTIG EUI’s released and believe I need to post here, with someone reaching out so I can send EUI codes and proof of physical ownership.

The reason for needing the EUI’s released is a team member ran a training course using multiple TTIG’s but didn’t get the attendees to release these gateways from their accounts.

Another training course will be happening, so will need to get the EUI released to be used by others.

Let me know if I need to provide other details than the EUI and images physical devices.

TTI Core staff rarely drive by the Forum so best option is post your request to The Things Slack using #support channel, where such a request is more likely to be seen.

I have used the website contact page and was told to reach out to this email support@thethingsindustries.com

Hopefully they can resolve this issue. Will update the thread if it does get resolved.

Make sure you can provide them pictures of the stickers on the TTIG to prove that you physically own them.
