The gateway was previously registered under my account as gateway ID “ttig-lora” (I have a 7 June 2022 notification about a collaborator being added to it)
What happens now:
Claiming it fails with: gateway_already_exists (gateway with EUI 58A0CBFFFE803402 already exists). Correlation ID: 4eedb29b0f5c45dcb46b769bfb687373
Opening The Things Network Console gives: error:pkg/auth/rights:insufficient_gateway_rights. Correlation ID:
I believe this gateway may be registered to my old account fbello, which I can no longer access (it’s a collaborator on my applications under baliyu81). Happy to verify ownership.
TTN/TTI Core staff only occasionally drive by the Forum and users and moderators have no account access. Best option for escalation is post to the #support channel on The Things Slack. Post a link to this thread with an appeal for assist then you shouldn’t need to repeat all this info there
Orphaned end device from deleted application – unable to re-register DevEUI
Hello,
I accidentally deleted an application while an end device was still registered in it.
I am now unable to register the device again because its JoinEUI and DevEUI are still associated with the deleted application.
Cluster:
eu1.cloud.thethings.network
Deleted Application ID:
011-a840413cf761c3e2
End Device ID:
011-a840413cf761c3e2
JoinEUI:
A840410000000101
DevEUI:
A840413CF761C3E2
When I try to register the device again, I receive:
error/identityserver
an end device with JoinEUI A840410000000101 and DevEUI A840413CF761C3E2 is already registered as 011-a840413cf761c3e2 in application 011-a840413cf761c3e2
error/auth/rights
(no rights for application 011-a840413cf761c3e2@ttn)
The deleted application no longer appears in:
ttn-lw-cli applications list
Could someone from the TTN team please remove the orphaned end-device registration, or restore/purge the deleted application so that I can reuse this JoinEUI/DevEUI?
