TTIG / Browan TBMH100 offline since July 2nd eu1 infrastructure update

Hello,

My The Things Indoor Gateway / Browan TBMH100 went offline exactly on July 2nd 2026 around 16:00 CEST, at the same time as the end of the “The Things Indoor Gateway infrastructure updates (nam1/eu1)” maintenance.

The gateway had been working correctly for about one month on the same Wi-Fi network.

Gateway details:

  • Model: Browan TBMH100 / The Things Indoor Gateway
  • Gateway EUI: 58A0CBFFFE****C3
  • Firmware: 2.0.4
  • Core: 2.0.4(minihub/debug)
  • Cluster: eu1.cloud.thethings.network
  • Frequency plan: EU_863_870_TTN
  • Gateway ID: my-ttn-gtw
  • Claim seems OK: lbs_lns_secret is present and require_authenticated_connection=true
  • LED: blinking green/orange for hours
  • CLI events only show events.stream.start, no gateway events
  • Wi-Fi unchanged, worked for one month before the maintenance

The TTN status page also shows a significant drop in connected gateways around July 2nd.

Could this be related to the TTIG infrastructure update?
Is there anything to reset or re-provision on the TTIG/CUPS/LNS side?
