We are using Dragino LG308-EC25 Gateway. When we are using Murata as a node we are not getting data on TTN, while when we are using RN2483 TTN showes data.
Can you help me out?
You need to provide more info wrt your set up & operation! Eg Otaa or abp, can data be seen at the gateways, for both nodes? are the nodes joined? Are you seeing join requests (for Otaa), etc are the nodes and gw actually same freq/plan, stock builds or programmed yourself etc… then maybe someone can help further…

We have tried both the ways i.e ABP as well OTAA, but no result seen. Both nodes are not joined to each other, they are individually tested. The node and gateway have shared the same frequency. The node that uses Murata is getting refreshed again and again. The node using RN2483 is working properly and the data is shown on TTN also.
So is this the issue of Murata?
