我总是无法注册ttn网关

我无法注册TTN网关,我用我的电脑注册总是出现未知错误,但是我用另一台电脑就能注册,但是注册之后我重新登录打开,仍然不能找到我注册了的网关,我想再次注册时却显示该网关已经注册

By consensus, the forum is English only - using Google translate is fine and you can post in your own & translated language however this is the first time in five & a half years that I’ve seen any Chinese posts (and I’ve read all of them in the last four & a half years) so I’ve no idea how many people can will be able to understand this.

What I mean is: I can’t register the TTN gateway. When I try to register it with my computer, there’s always an unknown error. However, I can register it with another computer. But after registration, when I log in again and open it, I still can’t find the registered gateway. When I try to register it again, it shows that the gateway has already been registered.

To make sure we understand the flow correctly:

  1. You have registered an account on TTN with computer A
  2. You tried to register a gateway but got an error
  3. You logged in to TTN with the same account as step 1 but on a different computer, B.
  4. You were then able to register the gateway

After that, it becomes less clear:

  1. Did you go back to computer A to login and then you can’t see the gateway?
    OR
  2. Did you use computer B to login and can’t see the gateway?

Once the EUI or the Id is in the database it won’t let you register again - there can be only one!

Let me explain. The first four steps you mentioned are correct. As for the unclear parts later, the fact is that both situations exist:

  1. I return to Computer A to log in, but the gateway is not visible.
  2. I use Computer B to log in, and the gateway is also not visible.

Assuming you are using the same login each time, this is very strange.

Can you remember the Id you assigned to the gateway - we can check if it is live.

Can you try a third computer at all?

I think another computer is overkill - even second. Another browser or private browsing should be enough, right?

I tried the third computer and cleared the browser cache, but neither worked. My gateway identifier is czy, but I don’t keep power supplied to it all the time. I only power it up when trying to locate it on TTN.

Gateways need to be powered all the time so the servers know it is available. If it can’t be powered all the time, it won’t be suitable for TTN.
