Hello,

i can´t open my application. when i try to open i have the following error

" Forbidden

Insufficient rights for application `My-Application-ID@ttn

Perchance you set the permissions on your main account to something that doesn’t allow you to administer your applications?

maybe but i tdon´t hink so. how can i reset or delete my Application?

Don’t know, when I shoot myself in the foot, I usually do it with an actual gun.

For now I think you need to create a new application whilst we find out if this can be reversed and I’ll file a bug report.

In future, create a new API key for the integrations, don’t adjust the privileges for your main account.

yes but I have already created a new application and I can’t upload my device anymore because the system tells me that the final device already exists with another application. I am confused now.

I think TTN needs to delete my app.

Can someone from TTN help me with this?

Or use different AppEUI & AppKey to register and re-flash your device. What is your device?

LS01 and LHT65. yes the only way is to re-flash my Device. but i never change the permissions on my Application.
