Understanding the payload

Hi Everyone

I am new to and trying to learn LoRa. I am using Dragino and arduino shield to transmit data. I started by sending the message “Hello World” but on the things network I receive the following payload:

48656C6C6F2C20776F726C642100

Can anyone help me understand what format this payload is and help me convert it back to the message?

Looks like it is just ASCII of a “Hello World!” string
