Keele

Our mission is to provide the entire South East Cheshire & North Stafford area with Internet of Things data connectivity by crowdsourcing the network by its citizens and local companies.

Centered on Keele University (though with no official connection) for convenience and as a key local landmark with a 15-20Km community radius, we hope to eventually cover an area from the Congleton, Sandbach, Crewe, & Nantwhich arc to the north, down through Alsager, Kidsgrove, Keele, Stoke-on-Trent to Stone, Eccleshall and Market Drayton to the south and east to close by Leek & Cheadle.

This should help extend and bridge the coverage of key transport infrastructure linking Birmingham and the Black Country to the south with the Mersey Valley conurbations - Liverpool through Warrington to Manchester to the north, looking to the M6 & A34 corridors along with a key section of the West Coast rail network and even local canals and rivers

We are happy to have you join the community. Contact the core team and help us unleash the Internet of Things in Keele.
