I’m a bit stumped. We’ve got multiple applications, some I created, some a colleague who has now left has created. I am admin in all applications however, I can’t input Appkeys for new end devices for applications that I did not create. Users that I create and grant full rights to, also can’t fill in an appkey in my old colleagues apps but they can enter it in apps that I own. Clearly there’s some underlying issue with rights for this not being the application creator but I can’t see anything in the admin panel to rectify this. Any ideas?
I believe that admins don’t have the right to read and write root keys without being a direct collaborator. Can you try adding yourself as collaborator to the app? If that doesn’t work please contact support.
