Gateway is already registered

When did you register it?

yesterday!

Is it a secondhand gateway you purchased?

As that ID have been around for a while, see my post.

If so, you will need to get it deleted, before you can register it.

no, it’s not used, the company I bought the gateway from told me that I should change the port numbers but didn’t tell me exact information

Sorry I miss understood you.

You need to change the Gateway ID, Gateway Server address and port, as per what you registered on the console.

You need to pick your own unique Gateway ID.

the port numbers where I can find them?

That is the gateway model. You need to use a unique id for the gateway, something like ‘panam-first-gw’. Or any other combination of lowercase letters, numbers and ‘-‘.

For the port numbers, 1700 UDP.

are you sure about the port numbers?

Did you look at the information while you were registering the gateway?

still disconnected

Is that the “Packet Forwarder (enable)” page?

yes is the packet forwarder page

This is everything - all the other Q&A can be left aside if you choose to answer this.

not at this moment

could the frequency be the reason it can’t connect?

do you have active/registered nodes operating?

if yes do you see messages in your application or device pages?
