Is it a secondhand gateway you purchased?
As that ID have been around for a while, see my post.
If so, you will need to get it deleted, before you can register it.

no, it’s not used, the company I bought the gateway from told me that I should change the port numbers but didn’t tell me exact information

Sorry I miss understood you.
You need to change the Gateway ID, Gateway Server address and port, as per what you registered on the console.
You need to pick your own unique Gateway ID.

That is the gateway model. You need to use a unique id for the gateway, something like ‘panam-first-gw’. Or any other combination of lowercase letters, numbers and ‘-‘.
For the port numbers, 1700 UDP.
