Good morning,
I’m having a problem. I opened an account on VRM Portal and an account on TTN.
It is not possible to record direct V.E without having added it to VRM but for this you absolutely must have a VICTRON GX device connected to the internet which is not my case. I only have Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT 75V 15 amp.
Since you have to go and request appkey on VRM after having registered the device, this is not possible for me so Victron technical service was kind enough to send me appkey but now that I want to register on TTN I have a message telling me that the device with this DevEUI is already registered on another account? so I just wrote to TTN and victron because I don’t understand anything?
I would like to point out that I do not have TTN coverage and am waiting for a gateway but I don’t think I need a gateway just to add this device to the TTN account. Do you have any idea where the problem is coming from?
Knowing that VRM and TTN are linked.
Has anyone already successfully recorded their live Lorawan v.e with or without gateway without having registered their device on VRM?
I have the keys:
DevEUI (Portal ID)
JoinEUI (AppEUI)
AppKey
The message that the TTN server returns to me when I want to register the direct V.E that it is already attached to another account, which is surprising given that the seller says not to have registered it?
JoinEUI 70B3D57EF00xxx4
DevEUI 70B3D549948xxxx3 is already registered as 70b3d549948xxxx3 in the victronenergy-coupling-v1 application.
the application key for this unit/serial number is 4D6F3A976E29252XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2
Tested on a chirpstack server, the direct v.e goes up well but will never work since the device is programmed with NetId TTN but it transmits well.
