Hello everyone,
My The Things Indoor Gateway (TTIG) went offline on Friday around noon (July 3rd) without any apparent reason. I have spent hours trying to reset it and reconnect it, but without success. As you know, there isn’t much to configure on these devices.
(Note: It also went offline once before on June 5th, 2026, but came back online on its own.)
I suspect that the issue is not on my end. I checked TTN Mapper to see if other gateways in the area are experiencing issues, and it turns out that several other gateways went offline at almost exactly the same time.
